Meet Egan!

Egan is a handsome ex-racing Greyhound with a big personality and lots of love to give. He’s a fun, enthusiastic boy who can be wonderfully boisterous and full of excitement, but he also has a lovely calm side and is more than happy to settle down and enjoy some peaceful time with his people.

Egan is the kind of boy who will keep you smiling with his character and playful nature. He has plenty of energy and enthusiasm, but once he’s had his fun, he can switch off and relax too. He’s looking for a loving home where he can enjoy all the comforts and adventures that life after racing has to offer.

Due to his high prey drive, Egan cannot live with cats or small animals. He may be able to share his home with a similar-sized, compatible dog, with careful introductions and the right match. Egan could live with older, sensible children who are comfortable around dogs and understand how to give him space when needed.

As an ex-racer, Egan will need a family who understands that life outside of racing may take a little getting used to. With patience, kindness and a steady routine, he can continue to discover just how wonderful life can be.
